Welcome, my name is Tom Leahy

I started inspecting homes many years ago helping family and friends out when they were purchasing a home. I have been in the construction industry, seclusive to single family homes, since I was a kid. I got great enjoyment from being able to help my friends find homes that were worthy of the money they were going to invest. Soon, friends of friends were calling me for advice. It wasn’t until later on that I found that there is actually a profession that does this same thing. That’s when I decided to become a Professional Inspector. My main goal is to provide people who lack the knowledge on how a house works and give them the HONEST truth of what kind of shape your dream house is in. I then become a person you can call anytime about advice on any home issue and if I don’t know the answer, I have the resources to find out or lead you in the right direction.

I put my name in the company and that’s what you get, me. Not somebody hiding behind a fancy name and a fancy website or a firm who you never know is going to show up. I’m a straight shooter, born and raised in the D/FW area. Have two grown kids and married to the same wonderful woman since 1982.

With my 25 year back ground in the industry, starting as a framer, then concrete, moving on to plumbing and roofing to remodeling and eventually building my own homes. This gives me the experience needed for a true Professional Home Inspector.
